Hi, I’m Lauren Wertz! I’m a licensed social worker with 15+ years of experience. Most of these years I spent working in child welfare, however the last three years I’ve spent working with nurses. I start all intake sessions by telling my clients I’m just the guide. I believe the therapeutic process is all about you, the client. I see my role in this process as helping to guide you where it is you want to go, helping you uncover what may be stopping you from doing that, and empowering you to trust in yourself as you do the work.

I work primarily with adults and have experience working with depression, anxiety, life changes, relationship struggles, and stress/burnout. My goal is to always provide a safe, neutral space where my clients can come and process anything they’re going through. I believe we all have our own paths to healing and I’d love to help guide you to finding yours!
