Initial session $160
Subsequent sessions $150
Revive is only in-network with Aetna/Meritain. If you plan to utilize your insurance benefits, this is the only insurance carrier we can directly bill. It is always recommended that you contact member services ahead of time in order to determine what type of coverage you have for outpatient mental health services (specifically whether your sessions will fall under a deductible and, if so, the amount you’re expected to meet before insurance will contribute).
*Please note that you are responsible for paying whatever insurance does not.*
If you want to utilize insurance benefits and you have coverage with a carrier other than Aetna/Meritain, you may be able to submit your sessions for reimbursement as long as your plan covers out-of-network providers. Revive has partnered with a company that will help clients determine their out-of-network benefits and submit their claims for reimbursement at no cost to the client.
If you choose to submit for reimbursement on your own, your therapist is able to provide you with an invoice of your sessions or a Superbill if required.
